Please allow up to 3 weeks from the date of purchase for production and complimentary shipping.

We are pleased to offer free DHL Express shipping worldwide (except territories under suspended shipping terms) on all custom-made bags. Please check official DHL web site for more detailed information.

3. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

4. Delivery & Tracking

Orders are shipped via DHL Express with tracking provided.

5. Address Accuracy

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
