  • Each bag is custom-made to order.

  • Please allow up to 3 weeks from the date of purchase for production and complimentary shipping.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a tracking number once it has shipped.

2. Complimentary Shipping

  • We are pleased to offer free DHL Express shipping worldwide (except territories under suspended shipping terms) on all custom-made bags. Please check official DHL web site for more detailed information.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we strive to deliver promptly after production is complete.

3. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.

  • These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

    • We cannot predict or control these fees, as they vary by country.

    4. Delivery & Tracking

    • Orders are shipped via DHL Express with tracking provided.

    • Estimated delivery times will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier issues.

    5. Address Accuracy

    • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

    • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

    6. Lost or Damaged Packages

    • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the item and packaging.

    • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
