3. Custom Orders

  • All bags are crafted to order based on original Atelier KATAN designs and/or customer specifications.

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, design changes or cancellations may not be possible.

    • We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain offensive, unlawful, or infringing customization requests.

    4. Pricing & Payment

    • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

    • Payment must be completed at checkout through approved payment methods.

    • Any applicable taxes are included in the price. DHL express shipping is complimentary for all orders. Duties are paid by customer upon receiving the order. No additional hidden fees will be added at checkout.

    5. Shipping & Delivery

    • Estimated production and delivery time is 3 weeks but may vary due to production schedules or carrier delays.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or courier issues.

    • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is shipped.

    6. Returns & Refunds

    • Because items are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect.

      • All designs, logos, and content on our website are the property of Katan-fashion LLC.

      • Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written consent.

      • Custom designs submitted by customers remain their property, but by submitting, you grant us a license to use them for production and promotional purposes.

      • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

      • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
